Every woman deserves to live with dignity.
Personal hygiene and dignity for underprivileged women, offered with respect, kindness and consistency.
Starting in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
The problem
Hygiene is not a luxury. It is a basic right.
For millions of women in low-income households, a packet of sanitary pads is a monthly choice against food, medicine or a child’s school fee.
That choice costs them health, schooling, work and confidence. It is made quietly, every month, and almost never spoken about.
“Dignity should never depend on what a woman can afford.”
Dr. Easha Ramawat, founder
Our approach
We remove the choice entirely.
Community distribution, honest conversation and long-term local partnerships, delivered without shame, pity or condition. Kindness is not an add-on to our work. It is the method.
What we do
Four programmes, one promise
Monthly hygiene packs
Sanitary pads, soap and essentials delivered free to households and shelters every month.
Awareness circles
Plain-language sessions on menstrual health for girls and mothers, led by women facilitators.
Safe disposal and sanitation
Working with local bodies on incinerators and clean washrooms, so dignity does not end at distribution.
Livelihood support
Training and stipends for the women who run our local distribution networks.
Each programme will be run with local women who know their community.
